Australian designer prodigies, Trimapee put on another standout collection this year at Rosemount Australian Fashion Week. Their men's collection went in two directions with street clothing complimented by Converse sneakers and edgy dress clothing complimented by Vein Wear shoes.
My personal favourites are the Aqua Lux Slip and the half zipped Mid-Calf Canvas Boots.
Australian Fashion Week and the Source need to exclusively exhibit and support Australian designers. They are the only reason the world is interested in looking at the Australian fashion scene. IMG would be wise to drop anything that is not at least exclusively done by Aussie designers.
