Vein Wear in the New York Times

New York Times reporter, Carrie Hutchinson, recently visited Australia and wrote Brisbane's cultural maturation. The notable hot spot for fashion talent being New Farm and Fortitude Valley.

She writes, "A handful of independent boutiques cater to the city’s new breed of fashionistas. The landmark TCB Centre (315 Brunswick Street; tcbforwin.com.au) is home to several shops, including Vein Wear, which sells men’s shoes handmade in Brisbane. "

Vein Walks All Over Rosemount Australian Fashion Week

RAFW: A prepped relaxed look for SS0809 by Leopold, highlighted with formal tux-like attire for evenings. Shoes by Vein included the low cut lounge slip in cracked patent black, pointed loafers and the deconstructed lux slip with shorts.
